It's past time we made a list for this, distinct from ostree-list.  Even
though the latter is low traffic, I'd like to keep OSTree as a generic
tool.

This list is for both users and developers of Continuous.  So far, like
most GNOME projects, we've been using Bugzilla for patches, but I'm fine
if they're sent to the list too.

This list will be good for higher level discussion, such as the ongoing
work Alex is doing rebasing to newer Yocto.
