Slow download speeds

Hi,

http://build.gnome.org/continuous/buildmaster/images/z/current/

Currently downloads at about ~30k/s on my internet connection. I've
got bad internet, but not that bad :P
It would be great if this could be improved, to make the "try this
patch now" experience better for users/testers...
