Contacts UI Bugs

Hi all,

I know it's late in the cycle, but I thought I'd bring a few UI bugs
to your attention...

699341 - indicate loading state
699462 - hard to distinguish default avatar from background
705972 - contact list background color
696270 - Main vs All contacts is confusing
705974 - Show contact name in HeaderBar, centered above the contact pane
705975 - Show a heading above the contacts list

Any fixes before 3.10 would be awesome.
