3.6 Goals and Priorities

Hi all!

Things have been a little quiet on the contacts front recently.
However, we're getting into a new development cycle, so it's a good
time to talk about what we want to achieve for 3.6. I've got a few
ideas for what I'd like to happen, but I'd love to hear other peoples'
views. My ideas:

 * Robohashes! [1]
 * Nicer link suggestions [2]
 * Maybe an improved contact pane (still working on that [3])
 * Improve the new contacts dialog

The bug tracker also has some interesting things  [4].

Anybody got ideas of their own? Feel free to chip in here or join me
and Alex in #contacts on gimpnet.
