Hi Tim,
I just found this:
#define BONOBO_TYPE_STRING (G_TYPE_STRING | G_SIGNAL_TYPE_STATIC_SCOPE)
in bonobo-types.h which perhaps better conveys the depth of frustration
at the default copy behavior than Martin could possibly express in pages
and pages of verbiage.
Hmm, I'm removing the above - and 'standardizing' the headers, but I
just don't like it at all; horay for G_TYPE_POINTER :-)
