BonoboUI-Hello example started

I've modified Havoc's Gnome-Hello package to be a BonoboUI-Hello package:
http://www.murrayc.com/temp/bonoboui-hello-0.1.tar

If the name is sensible, then I suggest that we put this in a gnome cvs module
so that it can be perfected.

Please also grep through the code for TODO, as there's some things that I'm
not clear about.
