Bonobo compile error

I just checked out bonobo via eazel-hacking and got the below error:

/usr/bin/ld: cannot find -lefs
collect2: ld returned 1 exit status
make[2]: *** [libstorage_efs.la] Error 1
make[1]: *** [all-recursive] Error 1


Could this be something in the setup?
