Bonobo UI stuff

Hi Michael,

is there any chance that we enhance Bonobo's XML code in a way that
we have some special <image> node which contains the image data and
then reference this node in the XML instead of storing all images
directly in the XML ?

AFAIK there was some discussion about this on g-c-l a few weeks
before the GNOME 1.4 freeze, but nothing happens in this direction.

I think there should also be a way to put references to "local" images
into the XML instead of encoding the whole image.
