He runs the patent internet news service, at

Unfortunately, he's been a little busy lately, and is somewhat more circumspect
about the opinions he gives, because a patent holding company, TechSearch LLC at

http://www.techsearch-llc.com

sued him for patent infringement.  In their suit, they claim he is infringing
because he treats the patent office with disrespect.

But he still works to break bad patents.
