Right, that was me with "the opposite problem" back at the start of
December; really the same problem but the opposite suggestion for the best
way to fix it.
Most pop-up menus in the rest of GNOME don't have the tear-off item, so I
think it would be best to fix this by getting rid of all the tear-off items
in pop-ups. But one way or another we should fix this problem so it can be
consistent -- my feeling aren't super-strong either way, although I do have
a preference as I said.
You going to do address this soon Michael or do you want someone else to
work on a patch?
