Hi all,

I've made another update of the Bonobo Controls tutorial. 

- Michael Meeks noted that the tutorial was not honoring the
Bonobo/GNOME/OAF namespacing guidelines; I've fixed this;
- Various other people noted various typos and inclarities; 
fixed those as well (I hope).
