I agree with Owen here. As long as we're only talking about
the examples above + a few other standard ones that are the
same across apps. I think the _Accel keys have to be translated
for obvious reasons (some letters might not be there in the
translated version). Is there a list of not-to-be-translated
keyboard shortcuts somewhere? If not maybe we need one?
