        I am amazed that you managed to build bonobo with libxml2 or did  
you build it with libxml1 and then upgrade libxml ?
 
        Either way; libxml2 is the culprit, the Gnome 1.4 platform will be
shipping with libxml1. Please do not use libxml2 until Gnome 2.0, it is   
almost impossible to check for people upgrading libxml after a bonobo
build.
 
        I'm now checking out gnome-db / libgda to see if I can help in    
any way; how is the action Rodrigo ?
