Just had a closer look to the untar moniker - A file contained in an archive
must be:

file:/tmp/test.tar#untar:/etc/group
file:/tmp/test.efs#efs:/info.txt

But the untar/efs moniker should also do an OAF query for components which
supports the PersistStorage interface?
