Post 1.2 oaf switch ...

Hi Miguel,

	Now we have 1.2 out of the door; I'd like to switch to oaf ASAP,
already people are writing new code using gnorba when they should be using
oaf [ gnome-db in this case ].

	The first non controversial step is to make bonobo default build
with oaf if it is installed, I'd like to do this tommorow.
