The set_frame signal.

    A control now emits a "set_frame" signal when its container
connects to it.  The call is actually emitted when the Control's
ControlFrame is passed to it.  It is emitted synchronously, so if you
call into the container at that point, you will do so before the
container's bonobo_control_frame_bind_to_control() call has
terminated.
