Bonobo-Hello 0.3

A new version of Bonobo-Hello is available at the same spot. It uses OAF
now (OK so it's ugly since I didn't want to hack configure.in, so you have
to edit the sources manually and #define USE_OAF to either 0 or 1), and
the factory exits after the last instance is destroyed.

Component: Is the component part ready to be included in Bonobo?
Container: Is there anything besides menu/toolbar missing?
