Hi,
I'm taking a look at argyll settings... And while I still have some
testing to do, this is what I was thinking about for displays:
dispcal -q l
targen -v -d 3 -G -e 4 -s 5 -g 17 -f 64
colprof -a G
dispcal -q m
targen -v -d 3 -G -e 4 -s 5 -g 17 -f 128
colprof -a S
dispcal -q h
targen -v -d 3 -G -e 4 -s 5 -g 17 -f 256
colprof -a s
Also, for printer profiling (if I got the code right), a static number
of patches will be used regardless of paper size, which is a bit
wasteful (Some Hahnemuhle papers can go for 2 EUR per sheet):
For A4 paper, we can fit 210 patches per sheet, so l=210, m=420, h=630
targen -v -d 2 -G -e 4 -g 17 -s 17 -f 210 munki
printtarg -v -i CM -h -t 150 -M 6 -p A4 munki
For Letter paper, we can fit 196 patches per sheet, so l=196, m=392, h=588
Other numbers are valid for other spectrophotometers, I'm willing to
make a table, but can you facilitate this in the GCM code?
Regards,
Pascal de Bruijn
