Hi all,

This is the yearly expense report of Beijing GNOME Users Group in 2008 and 2009.

Bejing GNOME Users Group is growing dramatically this year in Beijing, we had organized 14 meetings so far. At the beginning, we host it in a bar and need to pay the venue, but later, lots of company is willing to sponsor our regular meeting, like Intel China,  Novel Beijing, Sun China, SC2C, and Google China. They sponsored the venue, food and drinks, T-shirts, gifts for our meetings. We also organized several joint meetings with Beijing LUG, Beijing OpenSolaris Users Group and Beijing Google technology users group.

Attach is the expense report for Beijing GNOME Users Group in the year 2008 to 2009. See more details from the attachment.
Generally:
Incoming : 10,855.97 CNY
Expense : 4961.36 CNY

The balance: 10,855.97 - 4961.36 = 5894.61 CNY. (About USD $725.35)

We plan to use this budget to building Beijing GNOME Users Group in following years, like maintain the domain name and server, pay for the venue or food for future events when needed.
