简单地看了一下GIMP文档现有的翻译，总体质量不错，感谢各位的努力。也存在一些通病，希望大家注意。

标点的使用：翻译中大部分标点应该使用全角，只有少数情况使用半角。
1.引号一般用全角。英文原文使用 \" 标记引号，而在中文里应该使用全角的 "" 来代替。在中英文交界地方的引号有时还可以省略。
2.逗号、句号都是全角，即便是紧跟在数字和字母后也仍然使用全角表达。

空格的使用：英文和中文之间通常要留一个半角空格，而英文和标点之间不留空格。

尽量使用"您"，而不是"你"，当然更不要用"尔"。尽量少使用被字句，因为被字句的用法多来自外语。

下面还有一些我发现的明显错误，但还很不完整：

(Introduction.master)
1)"Several displays use Cairo library." 被翻译为 "一些显示使用了Cairo library。"
Cairo library 直接译成 Cairo 库即可。
2)"GEGL operation" 被译为"GEGL 行动"
operation 在这里应该是操作的意思。

(Preface.master)
1) Chinese 被翻译为中文，在语言列表里翻译做"汉语"更好。

(Tutorial.master)
1)"New image"现在被译作"新图像"，而实际的意思是"新建图像"
2)存在手误：
msgid "Click on one corner of the desired crop area and drag your
mouse to create the crop rectangle. You don't have to be accurate as
you can change the exact shape of the rectangle later."
msgstr "点击裁剪区域的一个角并拖拽它来建立一个矩形选框. 用不着太精i确的拖动因为您可以随时更改其大小。"
3)最后 translator-credits 里的格式需要微小调整。

(filters.master)
1.Animation 应该是动画，而非卡通。

(filters~generic)
1.translator-credit 需要简单处理。

(filters~animation)
1.translator-credits 得处理一下。

(filters~edge~detect)
1.这句的汉语我怎么看不懂。。。

2.其他有问题的建议译者发出来大家讨论。

(menus~colors~auto)
1.translator-credits 需要处理。

(menus~colors~map)
msgid "<guilabel>Phase</guilabel> alters the value transformation. 0
and 360 degrees are the same as a sine function and 90 is the same as
a cosine function. 180 inverts sine and 270 inverts cosine."
msgstr "<guilabel>相位</guilabel>改变了变换值。0和360度对于正弦函数是一样的，还有90度的余弦函数也一样。180度正弦相对于270度余弦。"
这句里似乎应该是"正弦XX度"？

(menus~select)
Selection 在这里是选区还是选取？有的地方翻译成选取了，请查看是否需要改动。
