Free Sfotware 是理想。

License (軟體授權) 不只是理想，是吻合法律架構的「民事契約」，契約中言明使用散佈的義務與權利。
開源 不等於 GPL、開源也不等於著作人放棄版權。

GPL 不允許被授權人私自修改授權再散佈。版權的修改應按照(各國)著作權法規定。

將 GPL 軟體視為 Public Domain (公共著作) 是一種很嚴重的誤解。
