Work schedule

Hello!

Not so long ago I began to work in shifts. My schedule is two after two, sometimes alternating the railway schedule (when someone goes on vacation). There was a need to keep track of my work shifts, at the moment I'm doing it through Google Calendar. But this is not very convenient, since you have to enter all the shifts in manual mode and after you put in another shift the already existing calculations. Quite a laborious process.

It would be great if the calendar had an opportunity to calculate their shifts. That is, set a certain initial sequence of shifts - and the schedule would be calculated, for example, for the whole year. Tell me, please, is it possible to realize whether there is a hope that this functionality will appear in new versions (perhaps as a separate add-on package) or maybe it already exists? It is even better to have the opportunity to count several graphs at once (the ability to conduct charts of the entire department).

Also, I noticed a small problem in the current version of the program 3.20.4, it is related to the synchronization with the Google Calendar. At me Ubuntu 16.4. I connected the Google Account through Network Accounts, as I understood from the description it should provide interaction with Google services (including with the calendar). But synchronization with the calendar did not happen. Perhaps this question applies more to the developers Ubuntu? Sorry, please, if I'm not at the address. We had to add a direct link to the Google Calendar in the application (the section of the calendar settings). After that, the synchronization occurred, but now when I edit the Google Calendar - every time I have to start the synchronization in manual mode. Since it does not automatically happen.

I hope my thoughts will help make the Calendar even more convenient :-)
