I'm attaching two screenshots that I took with and without the focus on calculator window. I'm running gnome-calculator version 3.24 and gnome-shell version 3.24.1. Is it possible that the bug/configuration is present in how Mate handles window focus? I don't have a working copy of Mate desktop to check this. Can you please attach screenshots and details of which version of gnome-calculator are you using etc?
