Other bases not updated when changing the main base in programming mode

Hi,

I would like to bring some attention to an old bug which still exists
in the latest version of gnome-calculator:
https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=732685

The issue got no reply on bugzilla, so I am writing here in the hope
that developers become aware of it.
