In fact, the lower level of keyboard layout has [ctrl][windows][alt][ space bar ][ alt (char)] [windows][other???][ctrl]
The video has the [application]key in the wrong place.
Tweak tool--> typing... Cannot enable Euro symbol for the CA layout.
