sigh, I will file a bug, but I thought it could be triaged on emails first and then if indeed a bug, then filed. That's how it works a bit on the mozilla/firefox front. And I guess also helps to keep false alarms to be raised as bugs?

It points to a bugtracker. That's a place where to report bugs.
