Bug Permissions

Hi,

I have looking after http://live.gnome.org/GnomeGoals/XDGConfigFolders
in the last days and even wrote a couple of patches for the xdg spec
(e.g. for eog). I have also been collecting open bugs and linking them
to the to do list of XDGConfigFolders, today I wanted to make a bug
block the tracker bug for this page, but it seems I dont have permission
to link these bugs. Thus I would like to request permission to edit bugs.
