I'd like to mention the BugsquadGoals [1] initiative.
As you can see in the meeting discussion page of October [2], the page
is available and some BugsquadGoals are created.
The idea was make it official in November [3] meeting, but think we
can start to spread the work rigth now ;)

Also, there is an idea to celebrate an Bugday, but I don't know the
status of this task
