The whiteboard... doesn't supply links to searches. The keywords do.
I'd like that developers who are interested in collecting bounties to
have this search. Also, the fact that keywords are links will help to
"advertise" the bugs which have bounties.

Example:
I'm a young programming student/developer from a location where it is
nice to have $5 more. I come accross this bug because it occurred to
me.
"Hmmm.... interesting, this bug that I have has a bounty... Perhaps I
solve it and buy me a six-pack (or a week's worth of food). Hey,
there's a 'bounty' /keyword/ *click*. Wow, look at all these bounties!
Come get some!
