Bug 554263 means Gnome won't compile without the correct version of Xrandr

This prevents me from using the latest versions of Gnome software.
Could someone with the appropriate permissions do a Triage of it?
Going through the guide, it looks like it should be Priority=High.
I'm unclear on Severity because I'm not sure how a compile error fits
into the guidelines.
