Need bug editing rights

Hi, 

I have recently received a GStreamer CVS account and would 
like to be able to assign and close bugs related to the 
GStreamer product. Thus I would like to ask for the rights 
to edit bugs in Gnome's Bugzilla. The Bugzilla account is 
pkj axis com
