Attaching ripped media on bugs

Can someone advise on this bug?
http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=542562Seems the reporter is having trouble with Banshee importing/reading partially downloaded files from torrents, and attached one. As useless as it might be, I don't think it's in GNOME's best interest to be hosting these files. I'm not sure how to proceed.
Also, I smell a tactfully worded NOTABUG or WONTFIX coming. :)
