wiki page for showstopper candidates

Hey list,

to ease the work of our 'GNOME friend of the month' andre a.k.a
Andre Klapper, I've created a wiki page[1] to keep track of bugs
that could end up as showstoppers. Feel free to add any bugs there
that are highly user visible and/or have a significant severity (e.g.
a crash triggered by a common action).

Just make sure that the current development version of Gnome is
also affected; feel free to poke anyone (including me) to test that.

Also feel free to remove bugs that have been fixed.
