How do I get bugzilla priliges?

Can I request gnome bugzilla privileges? I already have them for the
bugzillas of kde, mozilla & ubuntu's launchpad.

My main experience has been with kde bug triaging where I was even at
the top of the list of "Top 20 people who resolved the most reports in
the last 7 days" a couple of times.
