Bug 144269: GtkHPaned flickers ...

Hi,

I am new to this list. I work with the gtk-perl bindings mainly on win32. 

I am facing the same issue as described in
http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=144269 and was wondering
about the solution to the issue. Bugzilla says status=UNCONFIRMED.

I am using Gtk+2.4.14 on WinXP. 

I am a newbie and was wondering what this means in regard to the fix
for the bug.
