I created a team space for the bugsquad:

And I just moved this part of the triage guide to the wiki:
http://live.gnome.org/Bugsquad_2fTriageGuide_2fNonGnome

Next are the product specific guidelines. If anybody wants to move any
other part of the triage guide to the wiki, feel free to do it.
