Added. For bugzilla.gnome.org changes you can better contact
bugmaster gnome org or file a bug in the bugzilla.gnome.org product.
Most/all of us (bugmaster) are on bugsquad, but it is better to use the
official one (also avoids waiting for the message to be approved).

With upstream to you mean the official Bugzilla at
https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/? If they do not have GNU Hurd I'd suggest
to file a bug there.

There is nothing in Bugzilla that allows that. I could patch
processmail, but I'd rather have something standard in Bugzilla. I can
create a dummy Bugzilla account so the email address or mailinglist can
be cc'ed when the bug is filed.
