Weekly-bug-summary report updates every 30min. It is named weekly
because it reports over the last 7 days. All/almost every report we
have runs every 30min.

I was planning that. If someone else tries this, make it for 2.20
please (meaning, whatever is in upstream Bugzilla CVS now).
