patches and priority

So, for a long time we made priority->High when there was a patch on
the bug, to help get maintainers to look at the patches. Now that we
have the patch diligence report:

http://bugzilla.gnome.org/reports/patch-diligence-report.cgi

should we stop doing priority->High just for patches, and stick to
using high to indicate severe bugs? I'm leaning towards 'yes' but I'd
like feedback from others.
