This would be much easier to read if it was written more like "I
believe this matches the 'something not working as expected' category
and so the severity should be set to normal and the priority to
normal".  One thing to step back and notice, though, is that this is
not a change from the current bug status and so there's no need to
suggest changes to anyone.
