Well, as I mentioned above, bug-buddy will be a user, and the benefits
there are large- remove the dependency on a working sendmail setup,
which many people don't have.

The RH bug tool could be another API consumer. It certainly seems that
for the RH crowd this has replaced the web UI, so I'd guess that for the
heavy bugzilla-using crowd on these lists it would hopefully be able to
do the same.

bugzilla.ximian.com doesn't have it. Frankly, we're likely to move to
bugzilla.novell.com before we get xml-rpc working on poor, ancient
b.x.c.
