I think it's a great idea as a suggestion, and the two places where this
does occur in the triage guide already could be reworded in order to
become a general suggestion for all bugs instead of just a special case
consideration.  However, I'm afraid that if we tell everyone that they
"should" add their email to the cc list, then we'll scare away some
potential triagers.  Yes, this would mostly be those who want to just
make a smaller contribution, but I think even some of those turn out to
be bigger contributors.  I know when I started helping the bugsquad, I
hadn't viewed myself as "joining" it, and I was only planning to help a
little bit and then move on to something else.  Now look where I am...  
:)  So I think I agree with Malcolm's original email that we should
potentially be cautious about requiring it.

That said, I think it's an awesome suggestion for the reasons that both
Luis and Bryan pointed out.  I'm sure it would have helped me had I used
it more (I did use it some when I was starting, and still occasionally
do...).  Anyway, so who's going to reword the current triage guide?  Or
did I just volunteer myself?
