gnome-2x-reports not working

This is returning an empty page for me:
http://bugzilla.gnome.org/gnome-23-report.html

Also, if they don't exist already, we  will soon need:
http://bugzilla.gnome.org/gnome-24-report.html
and
http://bugzilla.gnome.org/gnome-25-report.html

Maybe they do exist, because they return an empty page rather than an error.
