Bug with bugzilla

Hi,

I ran into a problem when trying to add a comment to bug 48470:

"Only the owner or submitter of the bug, or a sufficiently empowered
user, may make that change to the keywords field.
Old value: GNOME2, triaged, Usability
New value: GNOME2, triaged, usability"

Note the case in "Usability". This effectively makes the bug
uneditable to anyone without special permissions in bugzilla
(maybe that explains why such a highly visible bug has been
inactive for so long :)
Anyway, can someone unwedge that bug?
