Hi Pockey and Allan,

Thanks for putting this together. I will continue ask more feedback from GNOME-cn list. Now they are quite active on this.

Hi everybody,

As you know we would like to collect user experience feedbacks in Asia.

Following on the feedback from Allan on the article http://www.useit.com/alertbox/20010805.html during the IRC meeting, user experience should be addressed with other method than a survey. There are in fact other ways to collect feedbacks, e.g. focus group, observation, let's continue our discussion here regarding this subject.

Besides, I just found a wiki-page from live.gnome.org and think it would be useful. http://live.gnome.org/GnomeMarketing/SurveyUsers . The page was created in 2005 and last modification is in 2008, I am not sure about the status at the moment but we can definitely use it as a reference for whatever we are working on :)
