GNOME 3.38.6 released

GNOME 3.38.6 is now available. This is a stable bugfix release for 
3.38. All distributions shipping GNOME 3.38 are encouraged to upgrade.

If you want to compile GNOME 3.38.6, you can use the official 
BuildStream project snapshot:

GNOME 3.38.6 is designed to be a safe, boring update to GNOME 3.38, the 
final stable release in the GNOME 3 release series. It is succeeded by 
GNOME 40.
