A new unstable release of GExiv2!

  * Remove autotools
  * Align Meson options with the rest of GNOME
  * Prevent additional newlines from Exiv2 logging
  * Remove VAPI overrides
  * Adapt to Exiv2 changes in 0.27 and master
  * Fix several issues with Gtk-Doc
  * Add support to read Exiv2 meta-data from a GInputStream
