A new maintenance release of GExiv2!

Its main purpose is to add compatibility with the upcoming exiv2 0.27 
release

gexiv2 0.10.10 - 01 Jan 2019

* Fix building against exiv2 0.27
* Various meson build fixes back-ported from master
