- Allow changing the Cogl driver sequence
It's possible to select the Cogl driver (GL, GL3, GLES2) at compile time
and run time, with the ability to specify the sequence of drivers to be
selected on failure.
- Allow changing the Clutter backend sequence
It's possible to fall back at run time to a different backend if the current
one is not supported.

The editability and selectability of text inside Text actors have been
decoupled.

Clones of unmapped actors will cause a temporary mapping of their source,
which will result in spurious accessibility events.
