ANNOUNCE: storaged-2.3.0

Hi all,

a new version of Storaged [1], [2] is now available at [3].

What's new?
- BTRFS support (wrt libblockdev; finished)
- LibStorageMgmt management API
- LVM cache management API
- ZRAM management API
- translations
- various fixes and improvements

Already supported features:
- iSCSI Initiator management API
- any other features UDisks2 supports

Consumers of Storaged can find useful API documentation of the project at [4].

**NOTE:** If you are working/planning to work on a storage API, consider
contacting me; so that others can also benefit from this unified DBUS API.
